Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜櫻井ラーメン

This was my first visit after moving to Teine. Everything is cleaner and newer than when it was in Chuo Ward, so it feels like something is missing, but I think it's okay. After all, I like the black color here. I think it's delicious. I actually prefer this one to the famous store in Susukino that claims to be Sapporo Black.

I had black soy sauce ramen and half fried rice set (1000 yen). The balance between the scorched flavor of the ramen and the ingredients is very delicious. Fried rice also has a strong taste ◎ Personally, it was No.1 in recent years. Next time I would like to challenge curry too!
