Very very very delicious!!! My first time eating thick chewy soba with vinegar and oil!!! The noodles tasted like thick tsukemen style noodles, but they are made of buckwheat!!! Such an interesting mixture and taste. You add garlic paste, chilies, and crushed sesame seeds to your liking. The vending machine to the right of the door allows you to pick your order. You can get add ons like poached eggs, bamboo, kimchi etc. You must not miss this amazing meal. Price is also exceptionally cheap considering the huge portion size 600 yen for a basic bowl!!!
