In this summer's hottest weather, Marutake-san really wanted to eat ramen. Ordered soy sauce ramen. Oh this is delicious. It's lighter than I expected, but I don't get tired of it. Green onions and rock nori make the soup drink more and more. Char siu and menma are also delicious. It seems that dried sardines ramen is only offered in the morning ramen, so it's a high hurdle, but I'd like to try it someday.

Marutake, a noodle shop that serves morning ramen in Ishikari, has a limited morning ramen menu. I had the Niboshi Soy Sauce Ramen. The delicious aroma of the soup stock is irresistible It's a soup that takes the best parts of niboshi, so you won't know it unless you say niboshi.It's a seafood soup that doesn't have a niboshi smell. The thick and large chashu is soft and crumbly. Menma is also huge! ! Great texture Plenty of rock seaweed zone is already here! Taste of the sea! ! An ocean of soy sauce flavor ♡ It's the best! ! is tightly packed It was the perfect cup. I feel fine in the morning ☺️
