Sapporo Misono was founded in Sapporo in 2011 by the owner who trained at the ramen shop Keisuke in Tokyo. It is located in Sapporo Ramen Republic on the 10th floor of the commercial facility ESTA. I ordered the grilled pork miso ramen. The miso sauce is said to be a blend of ``northernmost miso,'' which has been brewed in extremely cold temperatures for 130 years. The soup is rich and goes well with the aged, medium-thick, curly, custom-made noodles, making it delicious. The grated ginger topping is placed on top of the soup, and you can mix it in gradually to enjoy different flavors.
