Ishikari, Hokkaido, Japan｜Ramen Hiryū

The taste is standard Sapporo ramen style. It's a delicious ramen that has a nostalgic feel without being addictive. The location is in the center of Ishikari city. Although it is a little difficult to find in the center of Ishikari City, it is easy to find if you use the small shops along the road as a landmark. Please note that in winter when there is a lot of snow, it can be difficult to find even if you go nearby. There are three flavors available: miso, salt, and soy sauce, but I had the standard miso ramen. There were a lot of vegetables, and the vegetables were also fried to the extent that they did not spoil the taste, and it was very delicious. The noodles were chewy and delicious, and despite the spicy miso soup, it was easy to eat and delicious, even though it had a punchy taste. Please note that the parking lot is narrow. Probably because it was lunchtime, there were a lot of male workers visiting as well.

Lunch is very good. There is a volume and the taste is also good It's perfect. The mother is also personable and talks a lot.
