The noodles are hard, so your tastes may vary, but as the poster says, you can adjust the hardness of the noodles and the thickness of the soup. The soup is rich and has a sweet vegetable flavor, but I think it's easy to eat without being overwhelming. The char siu is exquisite, as the fibers of the meat loosen and the oil melts, similar to braised pork. It's best when topped with green onions. Some people may not be able to appreciate the quality after just one visit, but it has a mysterious charm that makes you want to eat it regularly from the second or third time onwards. I used to eat super spicy miso a lot, and it was quite spicy. It's a good match for Nakamoto's Hokugyoku that you eat at a restaurant...but in terms of taste, it's definitely Menta. This is the ramen restaurant that I personally recommend the most.

This is my personal favorite restaurant. I love the taste of miso ramen, and although it's not very big, the miso ramen is really delicious. The minced meat that collects at the bottom of the soup after eating the noodles is also great.

The char siu might be the most delicious I've had at a restaurant recently! I ordered white miso ramen. A restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere that feels like a hideaway and home. Medium-thick curly noodles with a strong tonkotsu-based flavor. However, there is no persistent aftertaste. And of course, there's the chashu. Perhaps because it has been marinated, the meat is firm and has a delicious and mellow cheese-like flavor. Needless to say, it goes well with noodles! I also had the pork ginger bowl, which was also delicious.
