I ate the new garlic soy sauce char siu (medium thick curly noodles). I don't like it to be too salty, so I just added more vegetables. I also included a small side of rice, but it is free at lunchtime. It's somewhere between Jiro-style ramen and regular ramen, and although it has a strong garlic flavor, it's not as bad as Jiro's, and leaves you feeling satisfied after eating it. Once you eat it, you'll smell garlic all day long, so be careful. The food is delicious, but I also like how clean the inside of the store is.

As a Jiro family, I had the image of being angry if the bean sprouts became a tower and the meat was overflowing, but it was a shop that felt polite and gentle the moment I entered. The ticket vending machine is right in front of you as you enter the store. … kind. There are only counter seats (wide for one person). I ordered it with garlic soy sauce and vegetables (strong), but it was a great answer! The crunchiness of bean sprouts may be in the middle of the 80s, but both the noodles and soup are delicious! As a soy sauce ramen, it was the most delicious so far! I was able to sit down without lining up when I entered the store after 12:00 on weekdays, but there were about 3 groups of customers waiting after me.
