Ah, this is delicious! A cup that will make you groan ❗️ Also, I can't give up on the Chinese cabbage punch, salt, and ginger soy sauce on the signboard menu, and it's annoying that I want to order this and that. After reviewing it, I wanted to eat it...

I ate the special miso. The ground meat and onions are stir-fried with lard and are very fragrant. The garlic also melts into the fat and gives it a great flavor. The bean sprouts are crispy and cooked well. Thick menma with a strong flavor. Char siu that seems to have been cooked with raw soy sauce. Medium-thick, curly noodles with chewy texture. At lunch time, rice or cooked rice is served. There is also a wood ear mushroom. It was the first time in a while that I hit the jackpot. *This is an amateur's opinion, and I have my own preferences. . . Ramen has a lot of oil, so you can eat it piping hot till the end. The noodles are medium-thick curly noodles, and they mix well with the soup and are delicious. The chives, minced meat, and Chinese cabbage each do a good job, so it's especially recommended for those who like hearty ramen. There are several parking spaces next to the store.
