Hello! I've been here many times, but the ramen is so delicious that I forget to write a review. I am developing a restaurant in Chiba Prefecture. We also serve ramen. Speaking of Sapporo, there are many famous restaurants lined up, but don't forget Setsugekka in Shinkotoni! It seems that he came from a famous restaurant, and I think that the owner's personality and the sincerity of everyone on the Setsugekka team are at the core of the taste. The description of the ramen is that it is delicious, with dark burnt soy sauce, and no smell at all, and I can't help but feel grateful when I eat it. The tsukemen comes with lemon, and when combined with the soup that comes out in the final pot, it becomes a mellow and delicious soup. Everyone goes only for ramen, but this fried rice is surprisingly good. Excellent taste!

No smoking🚭 It looks like Morizumi's noodles with grilled vegetables and familiar Sapporo ramen, but it's an evolved cup with hidden highlights! The jet-black soup with the aroma of soy sauce is addictive. Desperate to keep using lotus while worrying about salt content. This is one restaurant that I would like to try not only miso, but also tsukemen and leek series.
