The miso is not the oil-coated type, and is light. I really liked it because it wasn't spicy. The soy sauce is a little sweet, and the more you eat it, the more you get addicted to it. Fried rice ranks very high in my ranking. The portions are plentiful, so I think it's perfect for sharing. The price is reasonable and the taste is sure to please everyone, so I recommend it.
