Visited on Monday afternoon. The order is a meal ticket. I ordered a set of soy sauce ramen + 1 piece of fried chicken & rice (small) for 1,030 yen. It seems that you can choose either large or small rice. The soy sauce ramen consists of one low-temperature-cooked chicken char siu, one thick melty pork char siu, mitsuba leaves, and thick menma. The noodles are thin, straight noodles, and have a firm texture, probably because they are homemade. The soup was also refreshing, with a punch of soy sauce, and was aromatic and delicious. I felt a slight bonito-like scent. The fried chicken was crispy with a thin batter, and the rice was small but had a decent amount, so I was fully satisfied. However, I feel like fried chicken and ramen are completely different things, so I don't think they were a marriage. However, I felt that each item was of high quality overall. It was delicious. I didn't try it this time, but I'm also curious about the salt ramen, miso ramen, and wonton topping. It took about 30 minutes to come out because it was lunchtime and the owner was working alone. If you are in a hurry, you may want to wait a little longer.

I had passed by the store quite a few times, but this time I mustered up the courage to go in for the first time. I ordered soy sauce ramen + fried chicken + rice, and the soy sauce ramen was light and delicious with a slightly larger braised pork fillet and menma. I don't know much about it, but are the noodles straight type? A slippery feeling. The fried chicken was smaller than I expected, which was good for me as I don't eat much, and it was crispy, which I personally liked. I visited around 14:00, a little after noon, so it was relatively empty, so the food came out quickly. I thought I'd like to try a different flavor next time.

I had miso ramen and fried chicken rice set (990 yen) 🍜 To enter the parking lot, turn left before the traffic light from the Ishikari Kaido side (one-way street heading south), so be careful not to pass by! ️There are 4 spaces next to the building, but it might be a little difficult to understand for the first time 😅 There is a ticket vending machine on the left side of the entrance. The interior is stylish and clean like a coffee shop, with jazz music playing quietly and a nice atmosphere. Since I was there in the evening, the rice bowl arrived surprisingly quickly 🍜Perhaps because the bowl was hot, they came out of the kitchen and placed it neatly in front of me.I was impressed by how kind they were. Normally, you would just leave it on the counter at a normal ramen shop, but it's amazing how they took the trouble to carry it even though it was just a one-off operation 👍 A bite of soup with rich miso tastes great😋Everyone seems to like light oil and salt, but miso has a rich animal and vegetable flavor that is condensed and makes it delicious😋 The noodles are medium-thin and taste delicious when mixed with the rich soup.The chashu pork is also thick but soft and has a rich flavor.😋 The menma is also thick and filling and delicious 😋 The green onions are fragrant, crunchy, chewy and delicious😋 And the famous fried chicken 🐥 It's crispy on the outside and just the right thickness, so it's easy to eat 😁 Moreover, it's spicy like fried chicken and the aroma of herbs is delicious 😋 Spicy fried chicken, rich miso soup and rice 🐷 The best combination is here 🙌 Each item enhances the other 😁 It's rare to find such a great deal on a set 😁 Thank you for the delicious ramen set 😆 I'll definitely buy again 🐷
