I visited on Friday afternoon. It's a service time with a meal ticket system. ①Rice ②Large bowl of noodles ③1 flavored egg topping You can choose any of them for free. The male owner, who runs the restaurant all by himself, politely urges me to put the food ticket on a special tray. However, I was alone, so I didn't have to wait so long, and the thin noodle ramen with dried sardines came out. The inside of the store, which was fully equipped with anti-infection measures with no shared items, was shot by Major League Baseball's Ohtani from the TV in the corner of the entrance.

Seafood salt has a depth of flavor and is satisfying. For ramen, I prefer medium-thick noodles to thin noodles, but the thin noodles here have a good texture, and it's nice to insist that the wheat flavor doesn't interfere with the fragrant soup. This soup must be thin noodles!

It's hard to find such delicious dried sardines! It was absolutely delicious. I want to try seafood salt next time.
