Exceptional! The spiced citrus is one of the best bowls of ramen I’ve had in Sapporo (out of 20+ places). Perfect noodles and ajitama is VERY flavorful. Bravo!

Monday is currently the Miso day, it was amazing the soup is complex and perfectly flavoured.

This time, I visited "Sapporo Ramen Bonnokaze Sugimura Chinese Soba Branch". This time I ordered: Large serving of miso ramen 950 yen The day I went happened to be Miso Day, and I was aiming for Chinese noodles, so I thought it was a little disappointing. When I tried it, I found it to be one of my favorite miso ramen I've ever had. Ramen that is unusual in a good way, It was a fun ramen with lots of seafood flavors. I will definitely go again.
