Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜Yukikaze

We came an hour before dinner and there was already a decently long line as seating is very limited, though it moved quite quickly. Don't expect the kara ramen to be Southeast asian spicy but it tasted great. Pork belly and egg were perfectly done. The highlight was however the gyoza. Crispy yet soft and succulent with delicious filling, the gyoza was definitely worth the wait and price.

Favorite ramen of my trip. The miso broth was rich tasting but not too overpowering, and the ramen and chashu itself was nicely done too. There might be a bit of a queue as the place is small so make sure to go slightly before opening time (maybe 10-15 min) and hopefully you can get in for the first seating.

Try their Miso Ramen and Gyoza. Delicious. Get there at least 30 minutes early to avoid the queue. They take your order while you're outside to speed it up. Only saw locals queuing here.
