Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜さっぽろ 汐亭

Arrived in Sapporo in the rain. Found near the inn, 30 minutes walk from Sapporo station. I thought Hokkaido was miso, but salt seems to be popular 🎵 Scallop and ginger base. Take a sip. good! ! This is it. The ramen that is queuing around here has a strong taste and you get tired of it at the end, The soup here is seriously delicious! It was the first time in 40 years in Sapporo that I got the most out of it~☺️ Two bottles of beer and gyoza garlic gyoza before ramen. It was also exceptional! I ended up with a beer for three dumplings (laughs) And Zangi bowl set. Because it's a mini bowl, I thought it would be about one zangi, but there are five on it 😳 You can have a drink with just this mini bowl! Master is the same age. Taciturn but nice smile. I wanted to be an adult with a smile like this😃

This ramen shop is located along Ishiyama-dori. I had the salt ramen. The light soup with the flavor of ginger and scallops and the chewy noodles were a perfect match and it was very delicious. The owner's friendly and gentle customer service was also a good impression. Curry rice is also recommended, so I would like to try it next time I come to the store.

Cold ramen is a summer treat as usual. The other ramen is also good and cheap, but the saltiness might not be for everyone.
