Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜Ichiran Ramen

This is actually my first experience with Ichiran. It was good! Ordering was fuss free with a ticketing machine. Get to an empty seat and press the call button to get the staff attention. And noodle came in less than 5 minutes! Noodles was cooked perfectly to the firmness that I requested. Broth was rich and tasty! Meat was super soft too! Will definitely come back again!

First time try this although i have been to Japan the second time. This ramen is at different level, i like this more than ippudo, but i also like the ramen at Esta Sapporo Ramen Republic. Dont need to order something fancy at this shop, go with the basic, its super tasty and you wont regret. I ordered salted half boiled egg, its an additional flavor added to it. We also chose supper time to come so its not too crowded. Highly recommend to people who wanted ramen but dont know where to try.

A good place to have ones dinner at. Food is warm to keep one warm for almost a few hours, especially during the snowy season. Food was served in less than five minutes, and food was very delicious. Would recommend going there if one is near as travel time might be a little difficult or those who live far away. All in all, a good place to dine at if one wants to eat fast and leave fast.
