There are only 1 table and 5 counter seats, so you have to wait quite a while. Also note that the free parking is far away and there are only 2 spaces. It takes less than 10 minutes on foot from Hiragishi Station, so I think it's easy to get to.

I went to Shakariki for the first time today! This is the second Jiro-style ramen following Tenjiro. So the ramen is a soy sauce-based item. I ordered it topped with ginger and onion. The onions and bean sprouts were crispy, and the chashu was thick and flavorful. And the essential noodles are thick, but the Jiro series has a slightly thin impression. Still, it was chewy and went great with the soy sauce soup containing ginger. It was delicious! There were other menus, so I would like to go again if I have the chance!
