The tuna pork bone soy sauce tsukemen (870 yen) was the best tsukemen I've ever had. The tuna and pork bone stock had a slightly sweet taste, and even my 2-year-old daughter enjoyed eating it. This is a dish that both adults and children can enjoy.

A nice hideaway shop. Jazz is flowing in BGM. Miso ramen has a lot of ingredients. Especially the amount of green onions is large. Other menu items include cabbage, minced meat, and chashu pork. The noodles are white curly noodles. It's a pretty chewy noodle.

Among all the ramen shops in Sapporo, there is no place I go to so many times over and over again. The tuna soup stock and soy sauce isn't too thick, but it coats the noodles well, so no matter how many times you eat it, it feels fresh!
