In the restaurant information, we were told that the founder was a retired chef who worked as an executive at Tenka Ippin. Kotteri's soup is Tenichi itself. However, the noodles were similar to Hakata ramen, so it was a good match. I ordered stewed beef tendon and miso kushikatsu as side dishes, and was surprised at how delicious they were. The miso kushikatsu was exactly like a delicious restaurant in Nagoya. It was a ramen that made me wish it existed in Tokyo. I want to go again when I go to Sapporo.
Hokkaido's only "Tenkaichippin" restaurant has closed due to the coronavirus pandemic. I thought it was lonely because I used to eat there once a month, but I happened to go to a ramen shop on the site where it used to be. The interior hadn't changed at all, and there was a service counter (where you could get condiments for free) that was there when it was Tenka Ippin, so I thought, "Huh? I guess it's still Tenka Ippin," but the ordering format is now on a tablet. I fell into a milk boy's way of thinking, thinking, ``It's really different,'' but when I ate it, it tasted close to Tenka's best♪ It seems that the management hasn't changed, so it's the same as the original Tenka. I highly recommend it as it is an improved version of the best one! !
