Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜Ramen SHINGETSU

I ate here for a late night meal after a flight into Sapporo. I got the shio ramen because everyone else was getting it. It is a very light broth and a great way to end the night.

Being a fan of tonkatsu based ramen, this is a rare opportunity to try shio ramen. In comparison, the broth is light and very tasty. For those healthy singaporeans who is very sensitive to salty-ness, do prepare to drink more water. Ordered the fried rice to share and its also very flavorful. Yums 😋

The Miso ramen here is amazing. I tried the other places in Sapporo but this place takes the cake. The broth is hearty but not too thick. The pork with leek is a must try. The flavour is out of this world!
