I had a delicious salt ramen. Founded in March 2014. The owner trained at Sumire for 10 years. The soup stock is a pork bone-based soup that has been simmered for a long time with vegetables and seafood. The noodles are made by Sagamiya Seimen, which are medium-thick curly noodles with low water content and a chewy texture. There are 13 seats (9 seats at the counter, 2 tables for 2 people x 2)

The miso ramen is very delicious. It also contains fried onions and bean sprouts, which makes the overall taste richer, with the crunch of the bean sprouts and the sweetness of the onions! There is currently only one owner in the store. If there are many people, you may have to wait a while.

The miso ramen, soy sauce ramen, and salt ramen here are delicious like Sapporo Pikaichi. The owner is the most unfriendly person in Sapporo. It's good because I have good hands.
