The noodle is perfect. The soup is a little bit salty but good to eat with noodle. The dumpling is quite good especially the juicy inner pork stuff.

I had the Hokkaido Mori Ramen. It was absolutely delicious. The broth was amazing. The noodles were not too firm, but also not mushy. Their texture was perfect. I think that the butter added a richness to the dish and was also lovely to dip the crab legs into. The chashu was not overly fatty, but still extremely tender and delicious. The egg was perfect, with the yolk still slightly runny. The one thing that could improve this would he a slotted renge(ramen spoon) to catch all of the corn.
