Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜Aji No Karyu

Had the scallops corn ramen and was pleasantly surprised by how tasty it was!! I usually eat tonkotsu ramen, so i was a bit hesitant to try this miso ramen, but I'm glad i did! The ramen broth was very tasty and strong flavoured! Had the gyoza too, which was also very delicious. I like that every bite has a crunchy texture thanks to the abundant beansprouts and corn! The charsiu was also fatty and delicious! Scallop was nice too, having 3 pcs of it. It was amazing watching the chef do everything by himself! Multitasking and cooking for more than 10 ppl in the store. He was also very smiley and clearly passionate in his craft. Definitely recommend trying this ramen out in this alley!

Crab and corn miso ramen was incredible. A must try in Sapporo. You can see the chef’s incredible ramen preparation sitting at the counter.
