I visited Tsunatori Monogatari, a very famous restaurant in Sapporo, during dinner time. ▼Order menu Tsunatori miso 880 yen Small knotted char siu bowl 300 yen I have ordered. I was surprised at how big the char siu was in both the ramen and the char siu bowl! ! ! It was very filling and very satisfying. The noodles are also unique to Sapporo ramen and are extremely delicious. Repeat confirmed!

I also ordered the char siu bowl at Koseki, and it was quite filling and cost-effective. For the ramen, I had Tsunatori VER27 miso, but it had less spice than Tsunatori miso, and it felt like classic Sapporo miso ramen, which I personally liked because it was easy to eat. Also, when I asked for garlic, I was impressed with the minced garlic instead of grated garlic. Next time I think I'll try Tsunatori miso or spicy.

Tsunatori is so delicious. The miso here is spicy and unique. Spicy miso ramen is amazing. The shrimp miso ramen is also very delicious. The shrimp are so thick and delicious. Personally, I don't think I need ginger... I avoid it and eat it. The shrimp is much thicker and more delicious than a restaurant famous for its shrimp ramen. Also, the chashu is grilled, so it's fragrant and delicious. That's why I always order chashu bowl. Be careful not to add too much sauce as it will become salty. There's nothing wrong with the limited menu, and I highly recommend this restaurant.
