Since I went there after 2 o'clock on Saturday, the limited 20 servings of black miso were sold out, but the owner was very flexible! The miso was sweet miso, and the black miso was rich, fragrant, and delicious. The soy sauce was fragrant and rich, and it was delicious! Noodles are egg curly noodles made by Nishiyama Seimen. Chushu is thin with shoulder loin and soft. It was a store that I would like to visit again.

This is my favorite ramen shop. Since the area is close, there are voices saying "generic Ayami", but in contrast to Ayami, which is characterized by its light soup, this one is thick and rich. Personally, it ranks high among the shops that handle Sumire miso ramen. You can see the company's efforts, such as the "toku set" with good cost performance and long business hours. It is a shop that I would like you to continue for a long time.
