Good!

I visited around 1pm on a weekday. It was raining heavily outside, but there was only one space left in the parking lot! If it had been a sunny day, I'm sure there would have been a line up. From the moment you greet me, the staff is very bright and lively, which makes me feel comfortable. I ordered chashu noodles and was told that I could choose the flavor, so I asked for a recommendation and went with miso. The miso flavor is really delicious according to the staff! It felt so good because he said it with such excitement. I was also hungry, so I ordered rice as well. Soon after, the chashu noodles arrived. Yes, it looks delicious! When I took a sip of the soup, I was satisfied with its delicious taste. The pork bone soup has a strong body with no smell at all, and the flavor and aroma of miso gives it a deep flavor. A little bit of ginger on top brings it together nicely and neatly. The noodles are those yellow, medium-thick curly noodles that are often found in Hokkaido. The noodles are made by Sagami-ya, and they have a smooth, chewy texture that's delicious! The chashu is cooked to the extent that it becomes slightly dehydrated, but it is not dry and has a firm chewy texture that concentrates the flavor of the meat. Gooey char siu is also delicious, but it can get a bit too strong, so I personally prefer something with a firm texture like this. However, the char siu was very salty, and the salty taste gradually transferred to the soup, making the soup very salty in the second half. I received some soup to dilute the soup, but it was still a little salty. (The soup to split was also delicious) Since I had ordered rice, I thought it would have been better to have the chashu served on top of the rice earlier. I don't think there would have been any problems if it was just regular miso ramen. Also, there is no seaweed on the ramen, so fried rice may be better than rice. It's a bit pricey, but when I saw the guy sitting next to me eating fried rice and ramen, I thought it was good! I really thought that. Overall, the taste and service were very good, and the inside of the restaurant was clean and comfortable! Also, I thought it was only cash, but I was happy to be able to use PayPay for payment. After all, it's easy. The only regret is that it's not open at night, but I'm thinking of going there again for lunch!

I ate soy sauce ramen and miso ramen. The flavor is strong, but you can dilute it if you ask. You can get some soup.
