However, it is carefully made without any odor or strong salty taste. The noodles are medium-thick and straight, making them satisfying to eat. Ingredients include two pieces of crumbly chashu pork, two very thick menma, stir-fried bean sprouts, and onions. Menma in particular has a unique flavor, but it's not too strong and is easy to eat. Although the overall balance is well-balanced, this miso ramen stands out from other restaurants. I would definitely like to try a different menu again. The customer service was not just standard politeness, but I felt warmth and personality. The female clerk in particular stopped and looked at me, then straightened up and bowed. I think this is a type of customer service that is difficult to achieve. It was a great restaurant with great taste and customer service.
