When I lived in Yokohama a long time ago, I often ate tanmen, but since I came to Hokkaido, there are many restaurants that don't have tanmen on the menu, and the taste was not good enough. The tanmen was very satisfying! It has an exquisite salty taste and is loaded with vegetables. I think the price is also quite reasonable. The half-fried rice was very delicious, and I was also impressed by the gentleness of the chef and the cleanliness of the restaurant. I will go again soon!

Maybe a freebie at a coffee shop? It was a delicious ramen restaurant with carefully prepared chicken broth. It's great to eat ramen in a restaurant that looks like a retro coffee shop.

Arrived around 2pm on weekdays. The store was empty. Order miso ramen Tsure ordered ramen while munching on it. The miso ramen had a strong burnt flavor and was quite fragrant. It was oily, so if you don't like it, you might want to try another ramen. Once upon a time, ramen was light and easy to eat, and it really felt like a traditional dish.
