Ramen is a meal that everyone has different tastes, but I fell in love with Taka◯'s refreshing and clear soup and ramen with lots of toppings. The vegetable ankake ramen is full of vegetables, one whole boiled egg, and two large slices of chashu, making it very filling. What's more, the rich and flavorful soup is full of the attention to detail of the experienced chef, and the combination with the noodles is perfect. This time I had the salt ramen, so I don't know when the next time will be, but I will definitely come from Hakodate to try the soy sauce ramen. Thank you for the meal, General.

I received the green onion miso ramen for 900 yen. The miso is sweet and has a mild taste. The noodles are medium thick and curly, matching the soup. It was crunchy and had plenty of green onions. There are 2-3 large pieces of chashu, and although they look tough, they are soft and delicious. No wonder so many people around me were ordering char siu noodles. On the table were pepper, garlic, grated garlic, chili oil, and a mysterious ketchup-like seasoning.

It was my first time entering. There were several people in line at lunch time, but the inside of the store was spacious and comfortable. I ordered a large serving of salt ramen, and the amount was amazing. The soup, noodles, and char siu are the best ramen to your taste. I will visit you again.
