Visited twice on the way from Sapporo to Chitose. It is the perfect halfway point. Very tasty aburasoba. And very friendly staff. The raw egg is supposed to go over the noodles btw 😉

Although the soup was a little thick, it had a surprisingly light miso flavor✨ The crunchy green onions make a good impression (because I like green onions) ♥

A very delicious ramen shop. Isn't this one of the few shops where you can praise the product without giving it away? Lately, perhaps because I'm getting older, I can't eat it without diluting it with soup, but young people should be able to eat it normally. You can get discount tickets every time, so it would be a good idea to get a ticket that suits your eating style.
