The parking lot is quite large, but it is shared with a convenience store, business supermarket, and various clinics, so it can get crowded depending on the time of day. The inside of the store is small, but there is a counter, tables, and raised seats. For some reason, the table felt smaller compared to other Ginparo. The interior of Ginparo is very stylish, but this place is no exception and does not feel like a ramen restaurant. You can also order coffee or something similar to a Frappuccino, but it doesn't feel out of place at all; in fact, it suits the atmosphere better. On the table, there is only a ZOJIRUSHI pitcher (DGB -17C/1.7L) containing cold water, disposable squeezer, and disposable chopsticks. Ask the staff to bring garlic, chili peppers, chili oil, etc. They will also bring soup stock, aprons, and mask holders. What they will bring is written on the menu. I had my favorite "Kobashi Soy Sauce Ramen". The flavor is drumstick! Delicious and unique ramen that will make you fall in love with it. I have no idea what the base of Ginparo's ramen is actually based on. When someone asks me, "What restaurant's ramen is similar to Ginparo's ramen?", I can't answer. This is similar to the question "What flavor does Coca-Cola taste like?" The only answer I can give is, "It tastes extremely similar to the Ginpa Roebetsu store." It's a very unique type of ramen, so there are a few people around me who say, ``Ginpa Ro is a bit...'' However, I wonder if this is different from the feeling of rejection like ``I don't like the smell of pork bones,'' ``It's too greasy,'' or ``It's salty.'' If I had to compare it to something like, ``It's like making Italian people eat Neapolitan''. The ramen is so unique that my brain may not be able to accept it. If someone from outside Hokkaido says, ``I'm tired of Hokkaido ramen, let me try something else,'' I will choose Ginparo without hesitation. You'll either be told, "What is this? The ramen tastes weird," or you'll be exclaimed, "Why is Ginparo only found in Hokkaido! Heaven has abandoned us!!" I say it's unique, but it's definitely not ramen that goes in the same direction as ``Kissa Mountain''. The basics are ordinary delicious ramen.

Paiku noodles with soy sauce and gyoza 1,600 yen. It contained three pieces of fried pork belly, so even a man would be satisfied. It wasn't as bad as I expected, and I was able to eat it easily. There is chicken pie noodles, I want to try this next time. The gyoza was also delicious. The noodles are thin and tastes may differ. The parking lot was spacious and helpful.

The fragrant soy sauce is the best. There is children's ramen, with a bonus toy. A friendly shop for children with raised seats.
