One of Sapporo's best ramens! Spicy miso (辛みそ) was a blast! A hearty bowl of soup in a traditional store run by a very nice couple (which always adds to the experience). 5/5, will come again and complete my ramen point card 😁

Amazing ramen. The miso ramen has a light refershing element to it, not heavy feeling like a lot of places. Highly recommend if you're in the area. I know I certainly kept coming back for more.

*I ate miso ramen for the first time in a while. The taste is still delicious. Even if the price is high, it still has a taste that makes you want to eat it. I was surprised to see that the latest reviews say that the miso ramen is priced at 1000 yen! There was a time when it was around 700 yen... Aside from that, I love the miso ramen here and go there from time to time. There's no chashu in it, but that's good. My favorite is miso ramen with plenty of chili peppers on the table. I've had spicy miso ramen several times, but it doesn't suit my taste because it also has oil added to it. This chili pepper has a nice aroma and is just the right amount of spiciness. The ginger has a good effect, and the garlic is sparing. It's the balance I like. I also order a small rice bowl. When you finish eating the ramen, you'll be left with a delicious soup and plenty of minced meat at the bottom. So, I scoop up a bowl of soup with lots of ground meat, drink it, and eat it with a small bowl of rice. This is happiness (lol). I don't usually drink ramen soup, but I can almost finish the soup here. The service is also very homey. On Sundays, there are many customers with families, and the interaction with the shop staff is very warm. Even if the prices are high, it's still a store you'll want to go to.
