Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜Ramen Yamaokaya

I've been avoiding it since I couldn't use chopsticks at the Yamaoka family 20 years ago. This is the second time in my life at the Yamaoka family, solidified green onion soy sauce. It was very delicious. No itchiness. The salty taste is strong, but it was well entwined with the noodles and was delicious. If you are a JAF member, menma or koro char siu will be served. We will go again!

Fat is amazing. The meal ticket system is comfortable and good for each other. Water is self-service. The inside of the store has a strong smell of fat. You came to the Yamaoka family, If you want something refreshing, tsukemen is good. Shrimp salt tsukemen shrimp may be expensive because it has only the scent of shrimp. It was nice to have the richness. There is a smoking area and a vending machine on the entrance side, It's good to be able to have a drink and coffee after a meal.

This is my first time entering this store. When heading towards Ebetsu from Sapporo/Shiraishi on Route 12, it was in the opposite direction, so I found it difficult to get there by car. Because you have to turn right to enter and turn right. I ordered the dark soy sauce ramen. The rich soup and strong seasoning were exactly as I ordered. Some stores serve the soup after it has been soaked for only about 7 minutes. Since there will be some left over anyway, I guess they will offer it in small quantities. At the Oyachi store, the soup and noodles covered in lard were perfect for winter. This store allows electronic money payments. Convenient. I had a balance, so I paid with WAON.
