I went to try their dipping noodle (つけ麺) for lunch. I chose the fish favor and it’s so good. The dipping sauce also come with a small side dish on the side and I don’t know what it is for. The owner of the restaurant was so nice to draw it on a piece of paper and explained in English for me! Thank you very much for your kindness 🙏

White boiled soy sauce ramen. The combination of clear niboshi soup and homemade noodles is quite delicious. Filled with 3 types of char siu. Rare char siu made with pork and chicken is the best, and fragrant grilled pork char siu is also delicious. In the beef tuna flake bowl, the heat of the rice melts the beef fat over time. In the final stage, the sense of unity between beef and rice is irresistible. As a ramen shop, the average unit price is a little high, but considering the high quality of the ingredients, the price is reasonable.

Visited around 11:30 on a Saturday. There are two parking spaces in front of the store. I got in without lining up. I ordered the soy sauce ramen and the limited edition wasabi bowl, and both were very delicious. The soup of the soy sauce ramen is delicious, but I was impressed by the fact that it included three types of chashu, and all of them were delicious. It's a little pricey, but the ramen was more satisfying than the price!
