Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜Maruki Soba

Love the small family business soba shop. Some things I never tried before in Singapore. My whole family loves it. Btw no English menus, so you need to figure it out. Ask your Japanese friends to translate the attached menu for you.

It was so delicious! I ordered a large serving of Tsukebuta Soba. It's great to be able to enjoy two types of soba in a side dish! This is a soba restaurant that I want to go to again and again!

I heard that this was delicious, so my husband and I stopped by on our way back from Sapporo. Like a soba restaurant that renovated a private house, the parking lot was parked in front of the store for about 4 cars. It was now open until 14:30. There was also a private room for about 6 people in the store. The menu seems to be only soba noodles and no bowls. Also ice cream, coffee and beer. I ordered the dipping duck plate soba aimori, which was a good price at 1,300 yen, but the dipping sauce was thick and I liked it. I don't really like thick soba, but I really liked the texture of the soba here. It was soba that I thought warm soba would be delicious.
