I'm glad that the girl serving the food in the store worked very hard (*^_^*) Even though I'm busy, I'm doing my best. Both the ramen and mini bowl were delicious👍😋 It might become addictive haha (*´罒`*) nihihi♡ Maybe because it was a public holiday ㊗️, It feels like it's full as soon as it opens ⭐️⭐️⭐️🍜🍥 I want to try Tsukemen next time ( ˶ˆ꒳ˆ˵ ) Ehehe

I received the tsukemen mini bowl set (200g of noodles)! The rich sardine dipping sauce was super delicious! The green onions were small strips, and the texture was good and I liked it! The noodles were chewy and very delicious, but personally I would have liked them to be drained a bit more. The mini rice bowl had plenty of pork fillet and was quite filling! We recommend visiting on weekday evenings!

This is also my first visit to a niboshi ramen shop that I've been interested in for a while. It's crowded, but I happen to be able to park my car in front of the shop. It's a meal ticket system, but there were some people waiting and I wasn't sure if I should buy a meal ticket first or not, so I asked the staff and they told me to buy a meal ticket and then wait. When ordering, choose "Nibochu" which seems to be the orthodox option. There was a line behind me so I didn't notice my favorite boiled egg and couldn't add it. Next time. After waiting for about 10 minutes, you will be guided into the store. If you look around you, it seems that many people are ordering tsukemen. Your ramen will be brought to you within 10 minutes after you take your seat. The soup is gray and cloudy. This has a dry taste. The chashu is thin and the noodles are thick. First, take a bite of the soup. Hmm, dried sardines. It's unmistakably dried sardines. I thought the noodles would be Sapporo-style noodles, which I'm not good at, but they have a wheat taste. Char siu is soft. The menma is also thick, but soft and delicious. But most of all, it's the soup. The taste is comparable to the addictive niboshi ramen at that ramen shop, but the soup is smooth. It looks like it contains crushed dried sardines. These days, it's the number one feeling of dried sardines.
