又造 is my favorite restaurant in Japan. One of my life goals is to try the whole menu, including temporary dishes! P.S. Thank you Albert for introducing me to 又造 (◍•ᴗ•◍)❤

A VERY good ramen, really a special place. Cozy, feels like home, the atmosphere is terrific. Although it is small, it does have one big table for 4 people, and a couple of tables for couples, the rest is counters (still good for friends). The menu rotates cool specials every week, the original recipes that are awesome. There is standard set of ramen (salt, shoyu, miso) plus tsukemen. Tsukemen is futo-men and REALLY good, prepared fresh every time. There is take out.
