Easily one of the best bowls of ramen I’ve ever had. Friendly staff, very patient with my non-Japanese-speaking self. Delicious ramen. And in a quiet neighborhood but super close to the subway.

I ate it for the first time, but you can choose between thin noodles and medium-thick noodles. Rice is free and saved. Since this is my first time, I ordered everything as normal. The soup is rich and the noodles are hard, and it is very delicious. It is a recommended shop.

I was interested, so I had a drink on the way home 🍜 You can specify the firmness and thickness of the noodles and the thickness of the soup. My personal impression is that you can fully enjoy the richness and flavor of miso, and you don't have to make it too strong. The noodles are medium-thick noodles, and they are also involved in the soup. The char siu was soft and had a strong taste, and for me who doesn't usually eat Iekei ramen, it was the day I met a new delicious miso ramen!
