Very fragrant

I received the miso ramen, which is the default miso ramen. Lots of lard and rich miso. A small chewy chashu with plenty of crunchy bean sprouts. The curly noodles are cooked al dente with elasticity. A cup that makes you feel the weight of a lean history. We had delicious.

Today, I went to have dinner at a ramen shop that is not open during the day😃 I looked at the menu and ordered soy sauce ramen (800 yen), chashu pork (200 yen) and 5 pieces of shumai (450 yen) with toppings❕ It's finished. When I took a sip of the soup, I noticed that it was a thick soup, but it had a rich flavor, and it was well balanced with the crispy stir-fried bean sprouts. The noodles had a slightly dry texture, but the texture was very good, and the char siu had a good flavor, and while I was eating, the freshly made shumai arrived❕ When I took a bite, the texture was more fluffy than juicy.I ordered rice (200 yen) and enjoyed it today as well😋🍴💕❕ If you look closely at the menu table, there are small items on the side that say Miso Meat Ramen (1000 yen) and Spicy Meat Ramen (1100 yen) 😆
