Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜Ramen Sanpachi, Honten

I went there because I wanted to eat light ramen. I have only been to franchise stores and this is my first time at the main store. I ordered regular soy sauce ramen, but it had a lot of vegetables, so I thought I had ordered the wrong vegetable ramen, so I checked the bill, but it was just regular soy sauce ramen. I received a ¥100 off coupon (4 coupons) at checkout that I can use from next time. I'm lucky because I can use it up to six months in advance.

I went there for the first time in a long time! Did the store change? Maybe a billboard? I went so far! I remember I used to look at the menu at the table and decide and order ^^; You installed a ticket vending machine. It's a corona countermeasure! Ah! It looks like the price has gone up! It felt a little expensive! It can't be helped ^^; It was a self-service style where you went to get water yourself! Another thing that surprised me was that all the staff were women! I thought it was rare. The taste was still delicious!

I think the first time I went to Ramen Sanpachi was over 25 years ago. At first, it was a ramen shop with only a counter and a few table seats, but about 3 times a week I would go there with friends just before it closed (lol). I love kotteri miso. Nowadays, the store has grown and become a chain store, but I ate here for the first time in a while. People who know Sanpachi from that era must be Sanpachi connoisseurs😃
