This shop is close to Aso Station on the Sapporo Municipal Subway Namboku Line. Since it is a popular restaurant, I was prepared to wait, but luckily I was able to enter the restaurant immediately. Purchase a ticket for Kosari Miso (860 yen) from the ticket vending machine at the entrance, then hand the ticket to the clerk over the counter in the center of the store. Then, it was a mechanism to guide the seat. The ramen is beautifully presented and sophisticated. Shinachiku is long and filling. The char siu is carefully processed, soft, and has more volume than it looks. The soup is clear and the flavor of the soup stock is outstanding. It went well with the chewy noodles. This quality at this price. I can feel the spirit of the owner.

The soup, which is made from a dashi stock that brings out only the flavor of the chicken, really conveys the strong commitment and passion of this restaurant (the owner). I was equally or even more particular about the thickly sliced ​​char siu made from chicken breast. When you bite into it, it has just the right amount of elasticity and an incredibly soft texture that enhances the deliciousness of this ramen. It has such a strong presence that you can almost tell that the entire ramen is assembled around this char siu. The homemade noodles mix well with the soup (more accurately, it feels like it's sucking it), and you can slurp the noodles with just the right balance. Overall, it can be said to be a sophisticated cup.

It is a shop that I can highly recommend personally. I ate one, but it's all delicious. Evaluation for each soup... The soy sauce system is not too heavy, but it is not thin, and it is just the right amount of seasoning. The miso type has a gentle taste that makes you feel calm and relieved, but it also provides a satisfying eating experience with a strong miso claim. The salt system is refreshing, but salt! There is no salty taste, so you can drink a lot of soup here. There are many collaboration products that are occasionally available and limited-time products that are satisfying. I tried almost almost all the side menus. Personally, half fried rice is especially recommended. If you collect all the point cards, you can get a bowl of ramen for free. (Since everything is independent, it seems that the card is not finished with just one bowl of ramen after filling it all up.) Finally, the shop is not large and the aisles are narrow, so it may be difficult to visit with large luggage. There is a storage space (small) and a basket under the table. There are only 2 table seats for 4 people, and the others are counter seats.
