Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜Yoshiyama Ramen

I got the 辛味噌チャーシューラーメン (spicy miso pork chashu ramen). The soup was very rich and flavorful. The chashu was deliciously grilled and also very flavorful. There was a line during lunch, but I didn’t have to wait too long. They took my order while I was in line. Service was fast and good. Great place for a Sapporo specialty.

This place is inside the ramen paradise at Sapporo station. You can choose one ramen among many options. I choose this one because of the number of slices of the pork meat. Hokkaido ramen is very special. The soup is dense and the taste is so good. You can feel the ingredients and not just a hot water. I tried the spicy miso ramen. Amazing! Price is not high. The place can be crowded due to the time you go there. Avoid lunch and dinner time.

Delicious miso /spicy miso /miso+fish broth ramen. Roasted pork for the spicy ramen was tender and tasty. All bowls had generous portions of pork - abt 4 meaty pieces. Ramen Al dente. Place was not cramped. Good service.
