I’ve ordered miso ramen and it’s delicious. Recommend!

Due to the closure of Esta, Sapporo Ramen Republic will also be closed at the end of August. I wonder if I can go to all the stores before closing. . . There are many other shops in Sapporo, so I would like to start with shops outside of Sapporo. Today, I went to Otaru Ramen Sodai. I sympathize with the founder's thought that "no matter how many generations, the taste is only for one generation" ♪ I ordered the super grilled pork and fried rice. The golden aged noodles were a perfect match with the rich soup!

I received the white soy sauce ramen, which is limited to 20 servings! The soup stock from the shellfish is strong and delicious! Highly recommended in Ramen Republic!
