One of the best ramen I tried in Japan, super tasty broth, perfect balance with the scallop paste that doesn’t take over, super good noodles, I don’t have anything bad to say about this ramen shop! Fast service and friendly staff, even the music was good! This made my day! Well done!

My family and I had both Shio and Miso Tori Pai Tan and they were both delicious. What I thought was an excessive amount of garlic was actually scallop paste and it made the whole thing more flavourful. The burdock they top the bowl with is very nice; they put 2 regular ones and 1 spicy one. The spicy one was a bit too much for my little kids to handle so you gotta watch out for that.

A bit out of the way though same direction as the beer museum. Yummy chicken base ramen! Expect to wait for a while with the queue (around 15 min for us)
