This was my first time going to Sapporo Fuji restaurant. It is a unique ramen that is a bit different from traditional Sapporo ramen, combining miso and seafood soup. The noodles were not curly noodles, but straight noodles made by Nishiyama Seimen that had a refreshing texture. The thick menma was extremely delicious, and the char siu had a traditional firmness and seasoning. The soup was made with a seafood-based stock, but the back fat was also an accent, making it a well-balanced soup. It's like the miso ramen version of Ikaruga's ramen in Tokyo. I was able to make myself feel at ease with the familiar voice of the female clerk who took orders and the pleasant customer service. thank you very much.

All seats are at the counter. You buy it with a meal ticket and then hand it over to your seat. The soup stock is seafood-based. I tried the seafood soy sauce ramen. Quick! ! The chashu is neither too thick nor too thin! Two big ones! I added a flavored egg for 100 yen. I wrote it lightly, but there's just the right richness to it that I can't stop eating. The noodles are thin. When I go to other ramen restaurants, I get full by the time I finish eating one serving, but for some reason, here I had a little bit more room after I finished eating. Just the right feeling of fullness. Does it have a little less noodles than the others? ? Or was I too hungry...? anyway! I felt it was easy for women to eat too! After! The menma was extremely thick and filling! It was so delicious! ! It gets crowded at lunchtime, but the turnover is fast so you won't have to wait long. The short-haired woman in the hall was cheerful, efficient, and had a very pleasant customer service. My stomach and heart were satisfied, thank you very much, I will go again!
