Recommend to get the miso ramen, it is nothing short of amazing. With a thick layer of lard oil on top be-careful not to burn your tongue on the first sip of the delicious soup. Located near Sapporo beer factory, it is a short walk away from deliciousness. After doing tastings a the beer factory and had some lunch, really hits the stop. The are locally popular so be prepared to queue for awhile, also they only for lunch so come early!

A ramen shop in Higashi Ward, Sapporo. The name of the store is reminiscent of some sort of demon lord, and there are illustrations of characters similar to that inside. Miso ramen is famous. It looked like a normal miso ramen, but when I tasted the soup, it was a new taste. Both the noodles and soup are very delicious. However, it is quite hot so be careful not to burn yourself.

My hometown is Kyushu It was my first time having Sumire style ramen. It was shockingly delicious. The person I went with was an experienced violet person. It's hot so be careful I was warned and ate them at the same time and suffered severe burns at the same time. w There are also plenty of oilseeds. Surprisingly refreshing I also drank all the soup. I've become a huge fan. I went at a different time, but there weren't many customers so I thought it was a little-known spot. I'll visit you again.
