2023/08/25Visit Dried sardines served with salt. Refreshingly salty Chinese noodles with plenty of dried sardines. The compatibility of straight noodles is also good. I personally like the taste. It seemed to be operated by one person, but it was served quickly with efficient movement without waste. There are some spaces in the parking lot that cannot be parked during certain hours, and there are points to note that back parking is prohibited, but I am grateful for the large number of vehicles.

@Niboshi tamari soy sauce ¥700 Since it was called tamari soy sauce, I thought it would be a dark color...but I was surprised to find that it was a clear soup. Scone! The scent of dried sardines that passes through your nostrils and the soft flavor of tamari soy sauce are irresistible. The pork belly pork with a firm texture and the soup-soaked wheat gluten are also outstanding.

This is a niboshi ramen shop. It's a counter-only shop. It's a style where you sit down after buying a meal ticket at the ticket vending machine. The soy sauce and salt are light and you can eat it straight from the morning. Miso feels like using miso with a fairly weak sweetness, and if you are used to eating other ramen, you will feel uncomfortable. The same is true for the limited time spicy miso. There are quite a wide variety of rice dishes on the side menu. We recommend takikomi gohan and wakame gohan. I'm doing it from 6 am, so if you want to go to the morning, why don't you go once? The amount is not so much, so I think anyone can eat it.
