Mr Honda is an excellent chef! The noodle is perfect, perfect balance chewy / soft. The soup is creamy. Last time we ordered the extra oily soup. Sooo good! This time, we added a side dish of fried rice. The price is very good deal!

Soy sauce ramen is delicious! This is a carefully prepared soup that has no harsh taste, no bitterness, or oily elements that will make your stomach feel heavy. You can drink it till the end. The noodles are almost straight noodles with a little curl. Maybe it could be a little smoother. It goes well with soup. The char siu has a strong flavor and is delicious. I feel like it goes best with rice rather than a substitute. Next time I'm going to try the spice ramen. Although it was lunch time, I was surprised to find that it was just me and one other customer. It's a great ramen shop that I hope becomes more popular. There are 3 free parking spaces on the one-way southwest side of the store. Thank you for the meal.
