Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜麺鍾馗

It's an inconspicuous location, but it's lined up around noon. Is it because it was introduced in Takatoshi Land (Hokkaido's local town walking program) the other day? I had noodles soaked in kombu dashi soup as tsukemen. It was light and had a strong flavor of good seasoned plums. The "Shokidon" that I ordered as an addition was also good, with a dice-shaped char siu that was often entwined with my favorite sweet and spicy sauce. Miso ramen is also good in winter.

I used to see them lined up near my house from time to time and was curious. As expected from a highly rated restaurant, it's delicious, clean, and has good customer service. I want to try other menu items as well. Strange taste of black shichimi or apple cider vinegar? It was also really delicious!

I went there because I heard that it was opened by the owner of a famous store in Kyoto. At first glance, it may seem heavy due to the large amount of back fat, but it is surprisingly light and has an elegant soup that goes well with the unique curly noodles. It was very delicious. The tsukemen that people around me ordered also looked delicious, so I would like to order tsukemen next time I go.
