I went to eat for the first time in a while because it will be closed at the end of August. After all, duck soup is delicious. Limited salt this time. It was my first time eating salty duck soup. I always use soy sauce for duck hot pot, so it's a new discovery... salt was also delicious.

Recently, the number of Iekei-ramen shops in Sapporo has increased. I haven't been to all the stores, but at the moment it's my favorite taste 🎵 I especially like the rich soup and char siu. There are many tabletop toppings, and the most recommended one is Mugen Garlic🎵 Goes well with rice. The chive punch topping was also very delicious😋

A branch of a popular ramen restaurant has opened in Higashi Ward. The fierce family battle in Higashi Ward will become even more exciting. However, EAK will probably win that battle. On this day, to commemorate the opening, ramen was being served for 500 yen. In addition to this, there is also royal ramen. The famous owner was in the kitchen, and while controlling the staff, he demonstrated a masterful operation that clearly demonstrated the careful preparation. Honestly, I thought the owner wasn't my type because of his strong self-assertion, but I've become a fan of his sincere approach to cooking. The moment I drank the soup, I was surprised by the gentleness that was clearly different from that of other family members, and by the Kaeshi, soup, and chicken oil, which were completely different from just being salty or oily even though I ordered it firm and dark. . These things are in harmony, and the taste is not extreme, but it is just delicious. I will write another report after visiting next week. Must eat! (after that) Visited 3 times.
